1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account and using any services of the Platform, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the terms of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any terms, please stop using the Platform's services.

2. Service Description

The Platform provides AI model API aggregation services, including but not limited to:

• •Providing a unified mainstream-model-compatible API interface to access multiple AI models.
• •Providing API Key management, usage statistics, billing, and other features.
• •Providing online documentation, technical support, and other related services.

3. Account Management

You need to comply with the following account management rules:

• •You should provide true and accurate registration information.
• •You are responsible for properly safeguarding your account password. Losses caused by account security issues are your responsibility.
• •Transferring or lending accounts to others is prohibited.
• •If you discover your account has been compromised or has security risks, you should notify the Platform immediately.

4. Usage Guidelines

When using the Platform's services, you should comply with the following guidelines:

• •Comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
• •Do not use the services for any illegal, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.
• •Do not use the services to generate content that violates laws, regulations, or social morality.
• •Do not attack, reverse engineer, or otherwise endanger the system security of the Platform.
• •Do not abuse the API interface, including but not limited to malicious volume inflation and exceeding quota limits.

5. Billing and Recharge

Rules regarding billing and recharge:

• •The Platform uses a pay-as-you-go model, charging based on the actual number of tokens or calls generated by API usage.
• •You need to recharge in advance to obtain credits. API calls will deduct corresponding fees from the credits.
• •Refunds are not supported after recharge. Credits are valid indefinitely.
• •The Platform reserves the right to adjust prices. Price adjustments will be notified in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

Rules regarding intellectual property:

• •The intellectual property of the software, documentation, interfaces, and other content provided by the Platform belongs to the Platform.
• •The use and ownership of AI-generated content obtained through the API shall be governed by the upstream model provider's regulations.
• •No content of the Platform may be copied, modified, or distributed without authorization.

7. Disclaimer

The Platform is not liable in the following circumstances:

• •Service interruptions or quality issues caused by upstream model service providers.
• •Service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, network failures, etc.).
• •Losses caused by your own reasons (account security issues, improper use, etc.).
• •The accuracy and reliability of AI-generated content do not constitute any advice or guarantee.

8. Service Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate services in the following circumstances:

• •You violate any provisions of these Terms of Service.
• •Your account has been inactive for an extended period or exhibits abnormal behavior.
• •Required by laws and regulations or administrative authorities.
• •The Platform needs to cease services due to business adjustments (with 30 days advance notice).

9. Terms Changes

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The modified terms will be posted on this page with the updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction over the Platform's location.
